• To build a fleet of vessels and to facilitate education on environmental matters while providing young people access to character building programmes at sea.

• To learn and teach about environment, flora & fauna, natural resources,  sustainability and to share this knowledge with general public. 

• To give youth an equal opportunity to learn and develop from each other about qualities of independence, understanding, tolerance and community spirit through the medium of the sea.
